Great Room in Palermo Hollywood!

This is a private room with a private bathroom and the home is shared with the host. It's a big house with an open air backyard and a terrace in the second floor. Excellent place to chill out on the hammock, play pinball or just relax. At the first floor you have a patio that comunicates to the main living room, the kitchen and a private bathroom for the guest. Also there is the middle floor where the rent room is. The room is absolutely private and the guest will receive his own room key. Finally at the second floor there is a big and sunny terrace. The terrace has also the tipical grill for making a great "asado" pizza, or whatever you want. The neighborhood is very quite and silent, but however is 4 blocks of one of the best points for a cool nightlife in BA. This mean that you are a few blocks from the coolest bars and restaurants in the city (Bonpland St.). The area is really safe. Very close to Plaza Serrano, Plaza Armenia, Plaza Italia and El Rosedal. Near several bus stops and subway. 20 minutes away from San Telmo . The best coffee and boulangerie. Mordisco: 1301 Dorrego Avenue. Nice place for lunch. 3 blocks La fuerza: 1409 Dorrego Avenue. Excellent vermouth place with some classic Argentinian food. 4 blocks Almacen Comunal: 405 Guevara St. Good for craft beer and also for eating. 7 blocks Tutti I fiocchi: 5900 Gorriti St. Chill and relax place for Italian food. 8 blocks Malvon: 789 Serrano St. The best for brunch. 10 blocks. Artemisia: 5893 Costa Rica St. By far it’s my favorite place for a great and healthy food! 12 blocks Bangalore: Humboldt 1416. Indian food and craft beer. Is just in the corner of home and close at 2030hrs. Best grocery option near is “Lanel” at 1610 Bonpland St. (5 blocks from home), they accept credit cards.
