Cute 'n Comfy suite 4 minutes walk from subway
Beautiful and cozy suite little-house-like, at the back of a residence located on a dead-end street at 300 meters or 4 minutes walk to the Santos-Imigrantes subway station, in the region of Vila Mariana and Ipiranga. The house is an independent suite, containing a comfy double bed, TV, bathroom, large wardrobes, desk and built-in cupboards, private and independent entrance from the house. Guests can also use the parking inside the property with automatic gate for more safety. Ideal for women, students or workers, who are looking for a long-term stay in the south zone of São Paulo, with quick and easy access to the subway (Santos-Imigrantes / green line) in a quiet, peaceful and affordable place. Apart the suite, which is upstairs, the guest will also have access to the private kitchen and the share-laundry, below the stairs that leads to the suite. You will also have access to the side corridor and the private parking area. The guest will have keys for both the suite and the main door of the house and, in case of having a vehicle, will also have a remote control for opening the automatic garage door. As retired, I'm almost full time available at home. I tend to be away very little, just to shopping at the market and/or for personal appointments. I'm very easy-going and adapt well both to people who want to socialize and also to those who prefer tranquility and discretion. I will leave it to the guest, but always feel free to ask any questions. What to say about my neighborhood? Well, I just love this place! Since I moved to Brazil, in the early 1970s, I have lived here. It is close to everything that is best in the biggest city of Brazil. Surrounded by better-known neighborhoods such as Vila Mariana, Chácara Klabin and Ipiranga, Vila Firmiano Pinto gained notoriety a few years ago after the completion of the Santos-Imigrantes subway station that is 300 meters away from the residence. There are several bakeries nearby, Hypermarkets such as Pão de Açúcar and Extra on Avenida Dr. Ricardo Jafet, and supermarkets such as Dia and Sacolão Santa Cruz that are even closer. The neighborhood is mostly residential, with few buildings. And the residence is on a quiet "cul-de-sac" street with very little or almost no vehicle flow. There are a few blocks away from the SP Aquarium, the Parque da Independência where is one of the most beautiful places in the city such as the Ipiranga Museum and the Independence Monument, the place where was declared the Independence of Brazil in September 7th of 1822, on the banks of the Ipiranga Stream. It has 2 malls nearby which are Santa Cruz and Plaza Sul. It is a 15-minute drive from the Zoo and Botanical Gardens. There are numerous squares and playgrounds close by. The house is 300 meters (or 4 minutes walk) from the Santos-Imigrantes subway station (green line). It is 1 block and a half from Av. Dr. Ricardo Jafet and 2 blocks from Rua Santa Cruz where several bus lines pass to various directions in the city. If you prefer to call an Uber or Taxi/Cab, it takes few minutes to arrive (approximately 5 minutes). As much of the time I live alone (sometimes my son stays here with me), I am renting the space only to women, for obvious reasons (security issues). Remembering that although the space is independent, it has areas in common that are shared such as the laundry. To the boys, thanks for understanding! For the sake of greater transparency, it is highly recommended, especially for long-term bookings, to make a visit before check in (before or after the reservation), in order to be able to know the space in person. According to the comments made by those who have already stayed here, the photos corrensponds well with reality, but even so, I kindly leave this suggestion here in order to make everything as transparent and honest as possible for the guests! Feel free to schedule a prior visit!
