Esfran apartment (1-bedroom) is close to the beach, watersports, restaurants and dining, public transportation, nightlife, and family-friendly activities in Rodney Bay and Gros Islet village. You’ll love my place because of the lush gardens, the comfortable amenities and the quiet, safe neighborhood. If you visit here you will get the experience of real St. Lucia living. The space is perfect for couples and singles as well. Esfran apartment (1-bedroom) is a ground level apartment with lovely outdoor seating areas and patio in a lush garden with local fruit trees and plants. There is a private entrance and parking space. The kitchen, living room and dining rooms are cool and cozy and are equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, cable television and wireless internet. The space has one bedroom with air conditioning and one full bathroom with a shower. There is one double bed in the bedroom. The apartment is located downstairs from the main house and has its own private entrance. Guests are welcome to enjoy the gardens, gazebos and outdoor space. These are common areas for use by all guests. I live upstairs with my husband and adult children and we are available to answer any questions as needed. The apartment is located in Bonne Terre, a quiet, residential neighborhood adjacent to Rodney Bay and Gros Islet village. When staying here you can enjoy all of the activities on offer in these busy areas, but also escape to the peace and quiet of a real St. Lucian home. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the IGY Rodney Bay Marina and to public buses. At the marina you can find restaurants, banks, a supermarket and a small local market. You may also book a catamaran cruise, a deep sea fishing trip or a sailing lesson at the marina. Other nightlife, restaurants and beach amenities at Baywalk Mall and Reduit Beach are approximately a 10-20 minute walk or a 3 minute taxi ride away. At Reduit Beach you can browse the vendors offering, snorkeling, jet ski rides, lounge chairs and other fun or you may wish to try your luck at St. Lucia's newly built casino in Baywalk Mall. The residential village of Gros Islet is also a 15 minute walk or a few minute taxi ride north, and here you can participate in a local street party every Friday night and enjoy a true taste of St. Lucia cuisine and Caribbean music. There is also a car availabe for rental for those wishing to venture further south of the island or for those who like the convenience of having their own transport.
