Cozy Familiar Place- Vila Velha/ES

This place is 10 minutes near to the beach. We, the owners of the apartment, we prioritize an environment where our guests can feel at home. It is a very family atmosphere. If you have a style of living like "too whoopee", I mean, love to make parties at home, troublemaker,..., I'm afraid this place is not for you. We are right near the beach, which makes it a very interesting place too. There are no facilities such as pool, sauna etc, in this building, except the apartment. Restrict access only to the apartment. For your privacy, I do not live in this apartment, but I can help with guidance to reach places around here and even indicate the best places. I know everything my city very well and do not hesitate to contact me if you need. I can speak English, by the way. What I love most in the neighborhood is: - We live relatively close to the beach.
