Entire 3 level home with 2 balconies No pool available The space River Garden is located in a beautiful gated community, 20 minutes away from the airport by car. ( Luis Muñoz Marin airport ) / SJU. Brand new everything in the house. Please let’s try to keep it in amazing condition. The house includes : -Three bedrooms with air conditioning, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, 4 twin beds. -Family room with color 70 inch tv, cable, air conditioner and a bar. -Dinning room with 8 chairs and table. -3 Stools for counter eating. -Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster and more. -2.5 Bathrooms. -Laundry room with washer and dryer. -2 Terrece in the 3rd floor. -WiFi. -Parking in front of the house. The space doesn’t have -Pool (residents only) -Backyard unavailable. ( currently under construction). 24/7 via cellphone or email, (BEFORE YOU ENTER the premise 2 working cell phone is mandated of guest staying at the home. AS WELL AS CHECKING INN AND CHECKING OUT TIME. EMAILS in case of an emergency just won’t work. Once you book and arrive in premise ALL FORM OF COMMUNICATION WILL BE VIA LANDLINE.
