Lake Arenal Casita

A comfy casita next to our house, overlooking Lake Arenal. Ten minutes from all amenities in the town of Tilaran. Perfect base or stop between La Fortuna and the Pacific beaches. Lake activities and day trips close to many of Costa Rica's attractions: zip lines, volcano hike, cloud forest, waterfalls, beaches etc. Moderate weather all year. Walking/running trails with abundant flora and fauna. Peaceful and relaxing. Sitting area, kitchenette, walk in closet and bathroom with hot water shower. Queen Bed (cotton linens) can be separated from living area with curtains, and a futon bed (with springs) in living area. Kitchenette has refrigerator, mw, and hotplate, stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. Entire property. We can secure equipment if need be. We are on site and will help in any way we can, however, if you desire privacy, we respect that as well. During these times with covid, we request that all guests be fully vaccinated and wear masks. Thank you. We are rural, but within 10 minutes of several towns which have grocery stores, and all amenities. The casita is on a beautiful walking trail where you can enjoy a large variety of flora and fauna. We're also adjacent to pastureland with cattle and horses. Trails, tours, towns, waterfalls, beaches, ziplines, much more close by for day trips. Car- 4x4 not a requirement for our place, but may be required for tourist destinations. We are on a bus line 1/4 mile up the road. You will likely wake up to a beautiful sunrise, and the sounds of howler monkeys, birds, and our 3 happy dogs. Regarding Covid, we follow guidelines intended to protect ourselves and others. Please wear masks and be fully vaccinated. We have been vaccinated, and will wear masks until we establish a mutual level of comfort with guests. Thank you.
