Beautiful, large, private, fully furnish 2 b/r apt

This place is close to the airport, public transport, food outlets and restaurants, banks, shopping malls, supermarkets and bars. Just a 15 mins. to the capital Port of Spain and 12-15 mins to airport out of peak hours. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, groups and families (with kids). Cable t.v and WiFi are also provided at no additional cost. This is a very large area, open concept. Has two toilet and bath one is en-suite the other is separate or the main one for the apt. The entrance is private and you will have all the keys for the apt no one else will be sharing any of these amenities you will be completely private. The bedrooms are not close to each other and completely private and separate from the living space. All appliances, dishes etc. as well as towels and linen are provided. You will be occupying the entire apartment not rooms in it, owner lives on the same premises but do not share any of these facilities with the guest, or any other guest, also guest has their own private entrance and parking space. Everything in the apt will be for the guest use. No additional cost is charge for the use of washer and dryer WiFi or cable t.v If assistance is required it will be provided. I can be reach via text or phone. I always check with guest during their stay to ensure they are comfortable while still respecting their privacy. This is a residential area, quiet and peaceful, it is located close to two universities. You can entertain but music must not be excessively loud or display disruptive behavior that will attract attention of neighbors and other on the premises. Just a 5 mins. walk to public transportation day or night. There are varieties of dining and eating places nearby, also malls, Bars and gas stations. Hospitals are also nearby as well as a gym. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also located nearby There are security cameras located around the compound this is for comfort and safety of all persons on the premises. There are no cameras located inside the building. People's privacy is of utmost importance.
