Second living space in a full finished basement. 4 bedrooms, one functions as an office. Large Master suit large enough for a king with a spa like Master Bath. Other three bedrooms on a separate wing, perfect for families with parents who need alone time. Huge garage for your use with an extra long spot large enough for boat parking. Stunning sun room with fireplace. Hot tub, deck, and balcony off of Master. Full washer and dryer. Private security system with monitor on living room TV. Dual temperature control. Large fridge in kitchen with ice maker and water access on the door, plus an ice cold beer fridge in garage. Parking is limited to driveway and garage (will fit up to six vehicles). Parking on the road is not allowed as it blocks traffic to the neighborhood residents. The property manager will stop by and ask you to remove vehicles that are parked on the road. Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry. The code changes with every guest. I am a phone call away (though six time zones ahead) to answer any questions you may have! I also have friends and family in in the area if any issues should arise. I also have a property manager who who’ll stop by randomly, and on prompt if notified by neighbors that house rules are not followed to include parties, loud music, parking on the road, and smell of smoke (of any kind) coming from the home. Violation of these rules will result in eviction without refund. Quiet serene neighborhood. Please no parties!!! If you would like to host a small daytime gathering you must request permission from the host. No more than 15 people will he allowed at the home at any given time. Neighbors will complain and have called the police for loud noise. This is not a “party pad” and excessive trash and parties that disturb the neighborhood will incur a fee and a poor review. Additionally, my property manager had the authority to evict members for causing disturbance without refund. This home is not close to public transportation, though Uber is usually just a few minutes away. The hot tub is maintained in a clean and pristine fashion. Please shower before entering the hot tub and refrain from excessive drinking while using it. Guests who leave the hot tub dirty will be charged $450.00 for the water to be drained, tub to be cleaned, re-filled and treated. My house keeper takes a photo of the water every time she cleans, there will be no exceptions to this policy as it causes a lot of coordination, excessive expense, and huge inconvenience to follow on renters if I can not get someone in to clean the hot tub before the next guests arrive expecting a nice experience. **Please do not remove chemical floater from hot tub - - that is what keeps the tub clean and sanitary for you and other guests.** How to adjust hot tub temp: First hit temp button twice to see if temp is going up or down. If it's going up and you want it to go down, wait for the temp numbers to stop flashing. Hit the temp button again and you then keep hitting it until it gets to the set temp. You do the same to make it go the other way. All forms of smoking are forbidden in the home. $200 fee if marijuana is noticed and $400 fee is cigarette smoke is detected in the home. Parking is limited to the driveway and garage ONLY. 6 vehicles fit nicely. Street parking prevents neighbors from freely moving through the community.
