Relaxing Lake House

***At the current time the water level in our canal is very low, boats are not able to dock at the house. You will need to use the main lake for any water activity*** Nice and Relaxing waterfront home can accommodated 6 people in this 2 bedrooms/1 bath home. There is a large deck with covered boat dock, sun room and a spacious living area. You can fish right off the deck or you can bring your boat or any water toys to enjoy the Lake. The whole house can be used except the garage and three closet’s. I would hope all our guest would treat our home as you would your own. There is plenty of space in front of house to park two boats/trailers and 2-3 cars/trucks. We are available anytime by phone/text or email to answer any of our guests questions. Clearlake Oaks is very peaceful and quiet community. Great place to fish or just relax. This home has Wifi, a streaming tv (Roku) in family room with whole house Directv. The house is fully furnished, Kitchen has a Kuerig coffee maker, cookware, fireplace, washer/dryer, sunroom, deck with covered boat dock and a charcoal BBQ. Please be careful on the tile in the driveway/walkway it can get very slippery when wet. We have revamped the railings at the deck and there is no gate from the deck to the dock please be careful with small children. Weekends require a two-night stay. Holidays require 3 night stay. NO PETS ALLOWED! The Firewood is NOT included in the rental, there is an additional charge. Contact me for info.
