Fully-furnished studio with everything you need for a pleasant and convinient stay. You'll be at just 700m from a subway station that will take you pretty much anywhere. The apt. is around 3km from SP Expo and less than 5 km from Congonhas Airport. You'll find a workstation for daily work, living room, bedroom, kitchen, laundry room and a balcony with a grill for a nice barbecue. There's a gym, a swimming pool and a games room available at the building premises. Currently, there's no broadband internet available (though I can provide that for stays longer than 60 days). Digital TV. Fully-furnished kitchen ( stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, silverware), laundry machine and two wardrobes for your belongings (see picture). You'll have access to all the facilities and one parking spot. I won't be personally available but the staff is extremely helpful and you can easily reach me over messaging apps. Superb location with pretty much everything you need (from banks to supermarkets to restaurants and hospitals). 3 different supermarkets, butchers, drugstore, a handful of restaurans, and more. Traditional street market on Tuesday mornings. 700m from subway station. Less than 1km from the bus terminal that will take you to the south coast of São Paulo. Less than 5km from Congonhas airport. 20 min from Paulista Avenue by subway. Easy access to Berrini, Marginais, Faria Lima, Anchieta-Imigrantes e Rodoanel. Sun faces the apt directly during the early morning and guests my benefit from bringing a blindfold for a better sleep. The apt is conviniently located near Congonhas Airport (less than 5km) and, thus, some noise might occur during business hours (takeoffs and landings).
