Several private rooms in Managua/Masaya border
Welcome to our slice of paradise! Big house owned by Floridian expats with 4 guest bedrooms. House is on 1/4 of an acre in cool, breezy suburbs of Managua, bordering Masaya. Screened windows so no pestering mosquitos. 15 min to Managua city center, 15 min to Masaya city center and 10min to Masaya Volcano. 30 min to Granada and Apoyo Lagoon. Close to public transportation and hosts offer private transportation at low cost. House is located in a guarded residential neighborhood - very safe. There are 4 guest rooms available within the house. Each room has either a ceiling fan or fan, and a private bathroom. One of the rooms has A/C. There are two queen beds and two twin beds. There is hot water and internet. They are spacious bedrooms with big windows that allow a flowing breeze throughout the house. Tropical yard with avocado and mango trees among other fruits/vegetables, tropical birds, chicken and hammocks throughout. Mango and avocado trees free for picking! Get a local feel of waking up to the sound of nature. Our guests will have access to every common area of the house including both living rooms, dinning room, kitchen/fridge, screened patio and yard. Floridian expats who are knowledgeable of the country, speak English and Spanish, willing to offer suggestions on where to visit (where to avoid), also offer safe transportation at low fares. Our neighborhood is in the safe suburbs of Managua. Much cooler than hot Managua but close to city center, Masaya and Granada. Public transportation available at entrance of the residential gate. Owners are also willing to provide transportation in their vehicle at a low rate. Small friendly house dog and two outdoor cats.
