One bedroom, private entrance. Pet friendly under certain circumstances. Non drinking/drugs. No smoking indoors. Kitchen and living room access. Shared bathroom. Washer/dryer. Quarter mile from downtown. Five to ten minute walk to Kinnick Stadium. At this time(Covid-19) I have provided my guest with face masks, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and gloves for their use. Separate entrance for privacy. Driveway accessibility. I can accommodate most situations(picture shows twin bed...I can add a queen size and twin; full(futon) and twin etc...)Just let me know what you need. Let me know if you need a TV/DVD player. I also have air purifiers and humidifiers available. If there is something you need I most likely have it available. At this time(Covid-19) I have provided my guest with face masks, hand sanitizer, alcohol wipes and gloves for their use. I wipe all door knobs/light switches down with either bleach or alcohol. I have spaced out my guests meaning if a guest stays here 48 hours before and 48 hours after no one else has stayed in the room. As usual all towels, bedding and blankets are washed. I do have an autoimmune disease(Rheumatoid arthritis) so I do take extra precautions in my house. Please feel free to book the room and know every precaution has been made. If you are ill please cancel your reservation. Thank you Guest are free to use kitchen, living room, bathroom, backyard, front yard etc...Make yourself comfortable. I love getting to know new people but understand some people like their privacy and space. It is 5-10 minute walk to Kinnick. Quarter mile to downtown. Access to great food, library, grocery stores. About 20-30 minute drive to The Amana Colonies. Walking distance to downtown, nearby bus routes and uber and taxi services for the area. A $15.00(per key) fee will be applied for lost or missing key.
