Cozy Room #2 in a Homey Atmosphere!

This peaceful and comfortable room offers a restful place from one to several nights. You are close to walking and hiking trails, restaurants and many businesses. This is an ideal location for adventure or business travelers who want to get off the beaten path, yet be near companies that they are employed or contracted with. A seasonal pool, backyard and available kitchen are creature comforts to round out your time in Kimberton. Double bed, drawer space, desk. A back porch to hang out after work with a peaceful backyard. Wifi, kitchen, bathroom, backyard and porch, seasonal pool. Low key and as needed. My goal is to help folks have a peaceful stay and leave refreshed. It is quiet and at night there is little light pollution. People greet each other and take notice of activity on the street yet keep a respectful distance. They are there if needed. Please be aware of the neighbors and keep the trust building along with their regard for my hosting. Quiet time is after 22:00/10pm inside and outside of the house. Please let me know if you have a particular need regarding this timing. You will need a car. You can walk into the 'village' to enjoy the family owned and operated Kimberton Whole Foods store and local restaurants and the Kimberton Park. There are abundant trails within walking distance and/or a short drive. Uber or Lyft do come to the area. There is no public transportation into Kimberton. *This room is in the same home as "Homey Atmosphere in Kimberton" should you be traveling with someone and want separate rooms. *As noted above, I have two Airbnb listings and there will most likely be one or two guests sharing the bathroom. It is rare that this causes wait time. I can facilitate timing if I know when you need to be out the door in the am. *Parking is onsite. The general guide is to park so three cars can come and go as they need to. Guests park on the right side as to allow access to all vehicles coming and going. Knowing your ballpark arrival time and schedule helps me arrange parking for your visit.
