Private bedroom/bathroom in "the Dotte"

The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with a dresser and closet. Full bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom and bathroom are located on the main floor (as you enter off the garage). The bedroom is behind the garage so you may hear garage at times. The bedroom has a television/wifi/netflix. We are close to Sporting KC, Nascar, The Legends and Azura Amphitheater. Close to I-435 so you can quickly get to downtown KC, MO. Our house is 18 miles from the airport. The bedroom will comfortably fit 2 adults. Large bedroom with private bathroom. Mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot. All located on bottom level of the house so no stairs to climb. If arranged beforehand, you can use the kitchen to prepare meals. We also have a nice deck that can be used to enjoy the outdoors. The laundry room can also be used if arranged beforehand. Prior to your arrival instructions for getting into the home will be provided. This will most likely be from using the garage keypad if we are not home to greet you. My wife is "an original Dotte" so she can tell you all about Wyandotte County! We are super close to Sporting KC, Nascar, Hollywood Casino, The Legends shopping area and the Amphitheater. We like to eat at local restaurants and can share with you the good places to go! Our neighborhood is a fairly new neighborhood. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood; although with anywhere I would still lock the car and house doors. Great location for sporting events (T-Bones -2 1/4 miles, Sporting KC Soccer-3.4 miles, KC Speedway-5 miles). Great location for shopping (Legends Outlet-2.3 miles). Great location for gambling (Hollywood Casino-3.7 miles). Close to Azura Amphitheater. 18 miles from downtown airport. Only 20 miles to The Plaza in Kansas City, Mo. Only 24 miles to Kauffman Stadium (Chiefs/Royals) It is best if you have your own vehicle although there is always uber or taxis. The bedroom is located on the bottom floor. We do have wood floors so you may hear some creaking. If you do use the kitchen, it is upstairs and will need to climb 14 stairs.
