The beach of Anse Mitan is 300m from the apartment. From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy at table or from the chairs a sea view and the bay of Fort-de-France. The very well equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric hood, kettle, Nespresso machine ...) opens onto the living room and terrace while enjoying the sea view.
