Raven Tree is a large, warm and inviting room with high ceilings, and wrap around windows looking out on private tree top views. It includes a very comfortable queen size bed, reading chair and sitting area with a sofa. There is also a coffee/tea station, microwave, and a small refrigerator. The attached bathroom includes a shower. And there is a wood stove for chilly nights. Raven Tree is very private and feels like you are nestled in your own private woods. Perched in the quiet beauty of the tree tops, Raven Tree is a very private getaway in the woods that exudes a sense of relaxation and comfort. You just exhale when you walk in. Updated comfy furniture invites you to put your feet up after a day of exploring. Light a fire and play some games or watch a movie. A coffee/tea station and refrigerator are available for refreshments. Bathroom amenities make shower time easy and refreshing. The trails and lakes of Moran State Park are less than a mile away where you can enjoy hiking, boating and swimming. Rosario Resort and Spa is even closer, offering lunch at the marina and dinner in the mansion, as well as spa services. Kenmore seaplane docks at the marina. Shopping and dining in the charming village of Eastsound are minutes away by bike or car. Ask us about good restaurants and local activities. Raven Tree is located at one end of our house, with designated parking next to your private entrance. We live in the rest of the house. You are welcome to hang out on the deck, or stroll around the forested 1.5 acre lot as well. Knock on the door if you need anything. We are also available if you have questions about local attractions or restaurants. We always enjoy meeting our guests, but we leave that up to you. Raven Tree is located in a quiet, woodsy neighborhood on a 1.5 acre wooded lot. Lots of deer and squirrels. We are just outside Moran State Park and Rosario Resort, and minutes from the village of Eastsound. You can get here via the Washington State Ferry from Anacortes or by Kenmore Seaplane from Seattle. Public transportation is limited on Orcas, so a car is a must unless you are a VERY intrepid biker. We have a dog and a cat.
