Berea Painter's Cottage

A unique, clean, comfortable cottage featuring original artwork throughout the home located in walking distance of Berea College Campus, Artisan Village/Old Town area, art galleries and shops, Noodle Nirvana, Hole and Corner Doughnuts, and Native Bagel. One bedroom with queen sized bed. There is a second queen bed that is not private and is in an open room. A patio in front of the home with a swing and a tree canopied deck in back. Basic TV channels and high speed internet. Great neighborhood! The location is great. The cottage is very clean and comfortable for two people but there are two queen sized beds in the home so it accommodates up to four people. One of the bedrooms has no privacy. Guests will have access to all parts of the home. Please let me know if you need anything during your stay. The neighborhood is a residential neighborhood very near Artisan Village/Old Town Berea Shops and Galleries and Berea College Campus. Great neighbors! A short walk to Berea College Campus. Pets do not live on the property but have lived on the property in the past but have not lived there in five years. I am only noting this for anyone with severe pet allergies.
