To help keep Clearwater Lake clean and avoid invasive species hiding on and in watercraft, we require boaters to assure that any watercraft brought on the lake are decontaminated. Watercraft also includes equipment - water-skis, tow ropes, inflatable items, fishing equipment, buckets with live wells, anchor, trolling motors, internal ballast tanks. Anything used in the lake. We appreciate you taking time to help keep Clearwater Lake clean and pristine. You will have complete access to a private, four-season cabin overlooking Clearwater Lake, and the lovely lawn at lake's edge. Good for relaxing! Parking for one vehicle is located next to the cabin. Additional vehicle can be parked also. Dock is accessible too. Owners live in the home next to the Guest Cottage. Quiet, lake-front neighborhood on Clearwater Lake, just outside of Annandale, Minnesota. The road is quiet and not a thru-street. This is a serene get-away. Personal transportation is necessary. There are two parking spaces next to the cabin. Bikes are available for guest use. The queen size futon accommodates 2 more guests - size is ideal for children. Extra guests: $45 per guest per night.
