It has a wide-open view, overlooking the tree lane that coasts the railway that gets to San Isidro and the river further back. The apartment and area are very safe, you can arrive late with no problem. There is a doorman during the day. It has a fully equipped kitchen, where you can find essentials like sugar, salt, oil, olive oil, tea, coffee, etc Also Bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. Wi-fi, Apple TV, washing machine, bath-tub, The apartment is located at 1 block from Santa Fe Avenue and 1 block from Acassuso train Station (Linea Mitre Retiro-Tigre) I can help you get around or look up the information you need. I work nearby so I will be available if needed. I speak fluent spanish, english and french and a little japanese. The apartment is located at a residential area, still very convenient since it has lots of shops within 2 blocks distance, supermarket, grocery store, bakery, laundry, restaurant, bars, coffee shops, icecream shops, and so on. Lots of trees and houses around. If you like jogging, 2 blocks away you can find the horse Racetrack (Hipódromo de San Isidro) where many people run around it during the day or night and on week-ends the side Avenue (Avenida de la Unidad) closes to gather families and people who enjoy riding, running, rollerskating... Heading to the river, at 5 blocks you will find Avenida del Libertador with many restaurants, 15 blocks away you can find the riverside. At Peru Beach you can find outdoor activities. Train is the best and fastest option to get around if you are going or coming from downtown or Tigre. There is also the bus that runs all night long and the stop is one block away. Just keep in mind I only rent the apartment for short stays, maximum 2 months.
