Go West Guesthouse

The Go West Guesthouse is a large well equipped house. RATES ARE BASED ON NUMBER OF GUESTS/BEDROOMS. Conveniently located across the street from an open green space and playground, within walking distance of downtown (about 10 blocks) where you can enjoy a night at the movies or coffee at Newberry's Common Ground. Fenced back yard and 2 car garage are added perks. Please note that we are required to collect 6% occupancy tax in addition to the sales tax collected by Airbnb. Newly updated two story house has hard wood floors on the main level, six bedrooms with all new mattresses and bedding, tiled bathrooms with walk in shower or jacuzzi tub, extra large family room in basement in addition to main level living room, sitting room and library/office. Kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, pots and pans as well as basic baking supplies and dishes for 12 people. Regular and Keurig coffee makers. New front load washer and dryer in basement for your use. Free wifi is included. There is one TV in the basement with a selection of movies, there is no cable or Direct TV. Guests have access to the number of bedrooms they have reserved for plus all common areas of the house as well as 2 car detached garage, enclosed back yard. We ask that you do not use additional bedrooms without changing the reservation. We will meet you to check in and answer any questions you might have. After that, the house is yours and we will be available if you need anything. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to bike path, tennis courts, playground, outdoor swimming pool and downtown area. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Plenty of parking-2 car garage, large driveway and lots of parking on one way street north of house. Please don't block neighbors driveways. Please choose a bed and use it for the duration of your stay-additional charges will apply if more beds are used than reservation has been made for. The single beds are camp cots with memory foam toppers-great for kids or adults who want to pretend they are on a camping trip. Probably not something your grandma would want to sleep on. The bunk bed is a full size with twin on top.
