Located in a small mobile home park in historic Empire, you’ll be surrounded by great hiking, fishing and world-class skiing. The space includes a living/dining area with a fold-up table; a full bathroom with a shower and clean towels; a kitchen stocked with dishes, a fridge and microwave; and a sleeping loft with a queen futon bed, comfy pillows and warm blankets. There is a smart TV and Bluetooth speaker available to use with your hotspot. Please note: there is NO wifi or Internet, but there is a restaurant within walking distance with free wifi. We give our guests complete privacy and are available 24/7 for questions via text or phone. We're now located in a small mobile home park in the historic mining town Empire. Nestled between the Lion and West Fork Clear Creek, you can enjoy the sounds of rushing mountain water and the local birds. You'll be within walking distance of three restaurants, an ice cream shop, a liquor/convenience store, a dispensary and a large park. If you're interested in hiking or skiing, traveling by car is best. There is NO wifi Internet. Oven/stove is not for guest use.
