A very quiet and cozy place, 30 km, less than 45 minutes from São Paulo. You can also enjoy swimming pool, gardens and playground, with full privacy. From the pool area you can view the Paiva Castro Dam and discover that you are close to paradise. To us, we believe that besides a comfortable place to stay it is important to feel good, feel loved, as if we were among family! So do not be surprised if you find a cake to celebrate your birthday or if you get here later than the scheduled time, and find something tasty and hot to eat! To us, every detail is important! Plus, you get a delicious breakfast at no extra charge!! You will have an exclusive area for you and your family to call it home! You will find everything you need, from basic appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker) to blender, mixer, among others. The gourmet kitchen area also has a sofa bed and TV (32") with SKY (cable TV). If you are interested, we also provide a karaoke device to connect to the TV for free.  In the bedroom, we offer a bed marriage box, to give guest a more comfortable experience, a sofa bed, a closet, where you will find from pillows, blankets, bedspreads, bed and bath linen for couples and also for children . We can support up to 6 guests very comfortably, but if you want to bring someone else, it is still possible for 2 more people to stay in single beds. For families with children, there's a lot of entertainment for the little ones! We have a yard with garden and playground where it is possible to play soccer and carry out various activities. During the holiday months, contact us for special programs! We have available finger painting material, with screens, garden tools and other amusements. All offered by us, to ensure unforgettable moments for our little guests! For brides: if you are going to get married in Mairiporã, have a special "Bride's Day" with your bridesmaids, family and friends. Gastronomy experience: we also offer a delicious brunch, as an extension of the breakfast with salads such as quiche and tapioca, as well as delicious desserts. Quiet neighborhood, overlooking the Paiva Castro dam, 5 minutes from the residence on foot. We are located at 6km (10 minutes by car) from downtown Mairiporã. In downtown, you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias and bakeries. It is also possible to take walks in the city's Linear Park of the or by the dam which is 5 minutes from the residence. If you have a car, we have on-site parking that can be used. If you wish, we also have a transfer service available from São Paulo to the residence and downtown Mairiporã.
