Federal Hill/ West End Charmer :)

Private room w/ desk & comfy twin size bunk available just a couple of blocks from Atwells Ave in eclectic Federal Hill. Be mindful that it is a twin-sized bed and may not be favorable to some. There's a $10 nightly charge for pets. Walk to the best restaurants in town, shops & downtown! Fresh towel provided and morning tea/coffee. You will be sharing the space with me, my partner and our kitten. :) Although we are two busy guys, we are always available for you if you have any questions. :) As a traveler, Airbnb guest, host, and couchsurfer, I wanted to create an environment that's not just a place to lay your head when you travel, but if you choose to, it can be a place to share experiences, ideas, and learn about others and the overall human experience. Even though we are fairly new here ourselves, it will be a great incentive to explore this beautiful city! Federal Hill is Providence's 'Little Italy'. It boasts excellent Italian cuisine and pretty much anything else you may crave. The more alternative and up and coming West End shares blurred borders with Federal Hill. This eclectic mix is great for a diverse culinary and nightlife experience. We are a couple of blocks from the 92 bus that takes you to East-side Providence and Brown. Although one can also easily walk it as well. Upon initial booking, please let us know of your approximate check-in and check-out times. We do allow late check-ins since the backdoor uses a smart lock and app. This particular room is in a unit with two free roaming house cats named Karmen and Miranda. They are both super friendly. The room is cozy and has a loft bed, so it will require stairs to sleep on the top bunk. We have multiple rooms in the house, if you looking for something bigger or more private, feel free to ask and I can check the availability for you. Unlike this one, they are also "Instant Book" Please, be aware that you will be booking an individual room with a lock, not the whole apartment. Parking is limited. Although there are 4 available parking spots, coordination might be needed, so please let us know if you are planning on driving down before booking. Please be sure to download the Airbnb App to receive the messages and the smart lock set-up. I send all of the house rules and instructions and you will receive them live from me a day or two before your arrival. If you do not have a smartphone, please let me know before booking so we can figure something out together. The water fed into the house is purified, so there's no need for bottled water. Both our toiletpaper and disposable kitchen napkins are bio-degradable. Our kitcken soap and hand wash are environmentally friendly as well. Be mindful that if you eat and leave food scraps on the floor, you will attract ant friends - as with any old house. Remember that the common areas are shared, so please be mindful of that. There is ample storage space in the rooms for toiletries and hooks for your towels, but if if you need anything to store, don't hesitate to ask. This is a pet friendly house, but please make sure your pets are treated for fleas and are in good health to protect our animal friends. Speaking of animals, PLEASE, be sure to let us know if you have any animal allergies before booking, so we can discuss whether we are a good fit for you or not. Checking-in at 2AM, for example, when your check-in time is noon is not considered early check-in. Other individuals stay in the property and often take advantage of the 11AM checkout time.
