Recently renovated apartment, brand new, spacious and super comfy. Here we have a lovely view and we are in the most lively part of town. You can reach supermarkets, organic stores, all sorts of cafes and restaurants within 5 to 15min walking. NOTE ON BIOSECURTIY All towels and bed sheets offered to the guests are DISINFECTED, as well as all common spaces of the house. This is part of our care with the health and safety of our guest's. We are 5min walking from a good supermarket, the State University (UDESC), and within 3min from a delicious Japanese restaurant, along with a healthy food stores, groceries, gyms, hairdressers and many more. >> Within 10 mins walking, we are at the sofisticated Santa Monica neighborhood, famous for the variety of quality restaurants, bars and cafes. It became a hub for tech and design companies, which make the neighborhood a lively and creative attraction - and cycle friendly! >> bus stop 1min walk from us. >> Our place is also strategic for the ones willing to enjoy the beaches. We are 20min by car from the most famous beaches in town, Joaquina and Praia Mole.
