Spacious 2nd floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen, dinning room, living room, beautiful terrace, balcony and outdoor laundry. 3 blocks from historic Porta Coeli church at the old plaza. NOTE: This is a private room, the rest of the apartment is shared. There are 1.5 bathrooms, most of the times there is an exclusive bathroom for guests. Fully equipped kitchen, toaster oven, microwave, and coffee machine. Bedroom has a queen size mattress, ceiling fan and mini-split A/C unit. Everything and every corner is for your enjoyment. Big furnished terrace, gas grill, balcony, and laundry. The only off limit areas are the other (2) private bedrooms. I usually like to welcome guests and make sure everything is according to their needs. But there will be times that I can't interact. Also if you like full privacy please let me know. The apartment is located at outer part downtown (pueblo) close to main roads, mall, and highway #2. The main attraction it is Porta Coeli church located at the old plaza. It is a 5 min walk normally busy from Thursday to Sunday. There are local restaurants, art, and cultural activities. If you are looking for beach, sightseeing and adventure you will need a car. Public transportation it is limited and for short distances. Parking is on the street, there are meters but they are not in use. The area is safe.
