Brand New 2 Bedroom Apt in Palermo w/Pool

This brand new light filled two bedroom apartment, located in a new buildind in Palermo Hollywood, is at a walking distance to numerous fantastic restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, bookstores and transportation. The two bedroom arparment, with over 689 square feet of interior living area, has also a balcony. The double height living room and kitchen are surrounded by floor to ceiling windows for sunlight throughout the day. Free wireless high-speed internet access, a smart TV, laundry, microwave, 24 hour security. Also the building has a swimming pool, solarium, grill (it has an extra cost and need to be book with 1 week in advance), and laundry (you need to buy coins) You can use the grill that is at the top of the building paying an extra cost and it needs to be book with ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE (it is subject to availability). You can also use the swwimming pool (please dont bring guests as it is not allowed and there are fines if you do this) But if you need me, I will always be available in my (Hidden by Airbnb) , also, two of my brothers leaving in the same building. The largest barrio, or neighborhood, in Buenos Aires, Palermo is a destination for foodies, art fans, shopaholics and revelers alike. Popular with expats, the area has increasingly become populated with locals as well, and today is a veritable melting pot of culture and coolness. The apartment is located in one of the main avenues in the city, most bus lines are close to the apartment and will be easy to get anywhere from there. You can also use BA Taxi app to move around or Uber, both are quite cheap compare with any other country around the world. For the people renting my apartment, I offer a 3 hour private walking city tour for $90 dollars (I normally charge $120), Im a tour guide and Im #2 in Buenos Aires in the Tripadvisor ranking. The Tv has no cable, but it is a smart tv, you can use your Netflix account, or check Youtube videos, etc. VERY IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT INTERNET: Although we have hired a very good local company of internet and we pay for a good plan, the internet connection in Argentina is not always perfect, and in case that the internet company doesnt supply a good service one day, we will help you to make a claim, but this wont be a reason to cancel the rental or give a refund as this is something that doesnt depend on us. This said, I have previously lived in the apartment and I have never had problems with the internet conection for the exception of some isolated events.
