This touristic area is renowned for its restaurants, wineries, and artisans. You can stroll through leafy neighborhoods to the nearby plaza (two blocks away), take a day trip to the mountains or thermal baths, bike to the nearby wineries, or catch a bus downtown or to the mountains. Designed for your comfort and enjoyment, the apartment is spacious, luminous, and it has a private gate and parking space. Wide French doors provide access to two private patios, one of which is off the bedroom, while access to the other patio is from the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, bread toaster, and electric kettle. Radiant floor slabs provide comfortable underfloor heating, desk space is available for business people, while multicolored lights provide for ambiance in the living and dining areas. Even though our family lives next door, our guests have complete independent access to the apartment. We are mindful of your personal space, and private access allows you to come and go as you please. As our guest, you will receive the space and privacy that allow you to feel at home, yet we´re close enough to provide all the assistance you may need to help you make the most of your stay. We are located in a residential area, yet we're only two blocks away from all the activities of Chacras, including a wide range of restaurants, cafés, craft beer bars, and nearby access to bike trails and bus routes. The public transportation bus station is on our street, two blocks away from the apartment. Mendoza´s Wine Tour and the "Hop on-Hop off City Tour" both stop at the Plaza of Chacras. Tickets for each of these tours can be purchased at the Municipality´s Tourism Information Office, also located at the nearby plaza. Most of these tours allow passengers to disembark at stops they find attractive, and then hop on again on the next bus, an hour or so later to continue with their tour. Additionally, there are two bike shops where you can rent a bike or sign up for a biking and wine tasting tour. Downtown Mendoza is only 16.5 Km. away, and we´re 24 Km. away from Mendoza International Airport. Whether your visit is for work or pleasure, our apartment is designed to combine comfort and enjoyment. The nearby Andes provide an endless source of adventure and inspiration, but if you´re looking for a quiet space to work, you will have WIFI access, a work station (built-in desk), and you can enjoy the convenience of cooking your own meals or order a delivery service from a number of nearby options.
