You will have a fully equipped kitchen, laundering room, maid service available, nice open-air area, private room with all the amenities to make you feel home. Private equipped toilet area. Shared shower. Access to all areas. Private free parking upon request. You will have a private toilet/sanitary, however, the shower is shared with me the host. The best area in San Pedro, Montes de Oca. We are located in a very busy area however we are "hidden" from the city noise in a very quiet area just a few steps away from beautiful gardens, Universities, restaurants, convenience stores, bars, shopping malls, gyms, swimming pools, open-air sports area, and museums. And we are just 10 minutes away from San José downtown. Everything is Walking distance. Main bus stop 50 feet from our condo, Cab's station 50 feet from our condo. UBER also available.
