Minimum one month rental, as home owners association has made it a rule. This villa is in a gated community within a 10 minute walk to the town square. It is fully furnished with six appliances. There are 21 villas in total with 2 pristine pools and lovely grounds. Well appointed - just bring your suitcase. The rental manager will meet with you at the property. This is a gated community of 21 condo's. Mostly English is spoken. There are 2 pool, one right outside the front door. Also a parking space for your car rental is available. Very small community, very friendly. Excellent for long winter get-a-way. The entire villa and common areas of pool and landscaped property. Covid has placed # of persons that can be in the pool and also not allowing guests to bring others within the condos themselves. I have a property management company to take care of all your needs. I am on cell for texting, (Hidden by Airbnb) , email, etc. There is a college down the road in one direction about a 5 minute walk away and a 10 minute walk to the centre of David. You can (Hidden by Airbnb) the David central park. Tons of shopping and restaurants within a walk away. 3 Hospitals, movie theatre, a lively cultural scene depending on the time of year. A short drive to the beaches and the mountain highlands. Taxis and buses a half block away. Cab to downtown is $2-$3. International Airport, a major bus terminal close by both close by. This is a small friendly community of mostly Canadians and Americans enjoying their time away from North America.Same people all the time so very safe and fun place to be.
