Private Studio

Private studio with private entrance. Parking is on the street and you will have to find a spot. We have 4 dogs (3 Maltese and 1 husky) all friendly. We are located 12 min (drive) from many great restaurants, nightlife, marina and much more. Overall we're a friendly family and just ask to respect our home during your stay. More rules will be listed. House rules listed under "Other details to note." The space is a studio connected to the main house. The space is comfortable and has its private bathroom. There's a closet as well. There's a double (full) bed, TV is not a "smart TV" but it does have cable, we have provided hand soap, iron, hangers, microwave and refrigerator. We do not offer shampoo because of guest have the possibility to a allergic reaction. The entrance to the studio is private. It may be difficult to find parking on the street. You may also see cameras on the property this is just for our security of the property. They are located above the garage door and one on the corner of the house aimed at the gate where you will walk-in through when entering your space. There is no cameras anywhere inside the property. Parking is tight at night. I can not offer private parking all parking is on the street there is space but may require a tiny walk. Sorry for the inconvenice. Our neighborhood is quiet except weekends some people may have celebrations nearby. House Rules: Please note that I do not accept pets under any circumstances. Only the person that booked is allowed to check in. If someone is not added to the reservation they cannot check in. All guest must be declared on the reservation. Any undeclared guest will be charge $40/PP. and could still lead to removal if any guest is unsuitable to the host or Airbnb. All guest agreed to all terms and services of Airbnb. However, if the guest does not obliged; we can remove your reservation for violation of Airbnb policy without refund. If you cancel for any reason there is no refund. Strict refunds policy. You must follow all city and state laws. If you have any complaints about the property, we reserve the right to come into the property and solve the issue. We do not need permission to access the property. Cleaning fees $50 Any house rules violated is grounds for immediate removal from property and termination of stay without refund. Any guest that books must follow the terms of the lease and community policy. Please respect our household as we will deliver the same respect to your stay.
