Costa de Oro, Playa Matanchen, Private Pool !!

Casa Costa del Oro is a light, beautiful, brand new home located on Playa Matanchen. Our home is located about 75 m from the sandy Matanchen Beach, one of widest sandy beaches in the area. We have a private pool in the backyard, complete with hot and cold outdoor showers. This is a very comfortable house great for families. Please note ocean views are from the master bedroom and upstairs balcony only. There is also construction in front and next door, please ask before booking. Our home has a great layout with an open kitchen/living room area, private pool in the garden, wrap around outside terrace, his and her outside showers, and secured parking for two cars. Please note we do not accept pets. Please note there is on and off construction in the area in front of the house, please ask before booking. The whole house and pool area is private for our guests. We have two fantastic property managers who will walk through with the guests to ensure they have every thing they require, answer any questions and provide details for local sight seeing activities and tours and be your point of contact during your stay. They are only a phone call away and will be available to help with anything you may need during your stay!! Matanchen beach is lined with palapa restaurants serving local seafood specialities like pescado zarandeado, special to the state of Nayarit, and traditional plates, and Aticama is famous for it's rock oysters. There are several small stores in the nearby town of Aticama where the basics can be purchased as well as several small cenadurias, (small, family run restaurants serving simple local fare), and taco stands to grab a quick dinner at. Please note this is rural Mexico and at times, especially in the summer, the services such as internet and light can go out for periods. We will always do our best to resolve any situation as soon as possible but there are times when there are situations out of our control. The house is located less than 20 minutes from the town of San Blas, 5 minutes in car to the small town of Aticama, and 30 minutes to the historic capital of Tepic. There are shared taxi's combi's and scheduled buses that can be caught at the end of the road, wait time usually around 15 minutes. We ask that our clients please leave the kitchen clean without dirty dishes in the sink. Please note we do not accept pets as a rule.
