This beachfront house is newly constructed of beautiful tropical hardwoods and overlooks Cabo Matapalo's famous right hand point beak. Fall asleep to the dreamy sound of waves tumbling on the beach and wake up to a symphony of tropical birds singing in the morning. This is one of the few homes in the area with a refreshing ocean breeze as well as large flocks of scarlet macaws who frequent surrounding almond trees. Whales, dolphins, and sea turtles are also commonly sighted from Matapalo beach. Pieza Paraiso has excellent drinking water from a state of the art water purification system. We are off the grid 100% , A strong solar system powers our three casas . Our caretakers live on the property in their own casa. They are ready to assist our guests 24/7 . Chilia is a excellent cook and will prepare meals for $18. Our guests can cook meals themselves in our fully equipped kitchen or have Chila cook some or all of their meals. We would like to emphasize that visiting Cabo Matapalo is a truly off the beaten path experience. Part of this means that the road conditions can be rough. If you choose to travel via rental car we recommend you rent a 4x4 SUV with decent clearance. Another option is to take a taxi from Puerto Jimenez to the house.
