Listen to birds and watch the waves crash on the sandy beach within 150 ft of the backyard. Access information is shared with guests only after booking is confirmed and prior up travel dates. We are available to our guests and our housekeeper is on site. This is an expat community that is quiet and upscale. We are 5 minutes from Fort King George, 5 minutes from Scarborough and 20 minutes from the airport and many popular beaches. A taxi service or rental car is best to get around the island. Visit Fort King George for the most spectacular views! Groceries, restaurants banks and main necessities are downtown Scarborough or Crown Point area 5 - 15 minutes. Restaurants within 10-15 minutes: - Havana Club - Old Donkey Cart - Blue Crab - Shore Things - Magdalena restaurants Guests are encouraged to rent a car so they can tour the island and see all there is.
