Humming Bird Apartment

Humming Bird Apartment is a unique living space, on the bottom floor of our old estate house in Springs. It has a wide open feel, with great views of St. George’s. This one bedroom, one bath apartment is fully furnished, and has a complete kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The living room sofa converts to a single bed (twin extra-long) for a guest. Utilities and internet included, except land-line and cable TV. Cleaning and laundry service are available for an additional charge. I greet the guests on arrival day and show them the apartment. I live on the property and I am available for answering questions and solving problems. Home is a quarter mile up a private drive from the main Springs Road. There is a small market with basic food and household items. There is bus service on the Springs Road to St. George's and Grand Anse Beach.
