Large space with 4 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 living room cottage across the street from a beautiful ocean beach, regional park and boat launch. Surrounded by park forest with well maintained walking and bike trails. Lots of space for all ages to relax and play. The house has a selection of outdoor games, board games, playing cards, puzzles, books, netflix, wireless access and 2 DVD players. It is truly a cottage in that it is not fancy or contemporary. It's cozy, warm, comfortable and well-equipped. A place to get away and relax with family and friends. It was built in the 1950s and only had 2 owners before us. Many of the elements from it's history are still in the house - dishes, furniture, some artwork, piano... . It has older mismatched furniture, cabinets and cutlery etc. It is has the kind of features that you would find in a an older well-loved personally-owned cottage near the beach. The outside is a spacious .67 acre work-in-progress surrounded by maintained trails on 2 sides. The house is next to Coopers Green Park, which has a wonderful swimming beach and boat launch. You can book the hall by the hour through the SCRD. The Halfmoon Bay Cafe and General Store are a quick 3 min drive or pleasant 25 min walk away. They are both worth visiting. Grab a treat and take a walk to the pier then pick up essentials on your way back. The town of Sechelt is a 15 min drive east and the town of Madeira Park is a 17 min drive west.
