A great place for relaxing! We love our little house and we think you will too! We can sleep 10+ with 5 beds, a pull-out sofa and two queen air mattresses. King bed in the master bedroom has a separate bathroom. Enjoy the open floor plan of our kitchen and dining room. Spread out at our handmade 8 ft farmer's dining table and enjoy the amazing light from our dozens of large windows. Outback relax in the hammock or on the screened porch. Its everyone's fave! We provide towels and linens free of charge for parties 5 and under. Please strip your beds at the end of your stay to help us out! While we do not have a microwave, we have a great stove that heats up quickly and plenty of oven safe containers to heat up whatever you need!! The washer and dryer are available for use but we have decided not to charge for this at this time. Please use them sparingly so we can continue to keep this low cost for other visitors! You will have access to the full house, minus the garage (detached) and a few locked closets. If you need access to dresser and closet space for an extended visit, please reach out so we can accomodate! Generally, we are very available! This is our primary residence - So, when you are staying in our home, we are close by staying with family. Often we stop by to water plants, retrieve mail, or for yard maintenance. We LOVE our town and we would be happy to be helpful in finding things to do or make sure all your amenities are taken care of well. Just reach out and ask! In less than two miles: Overlook Campus: (Website hidden by Airbnb) Park, Pool, Rollerskating rink, Dog Park (requires membership) and tons of walking/biking trails. We are less than five miles from several grocery stores, target, home goods, 5 Starbucks and the Park City Mall. We recommend you have a rental vehicle or make use of the uber/lyft/taxi services available! Please use the SIDE DOOR ONLY. The front door is difficult to manage (old houses) and we generally don't use it. The side door is more convenient to the parking anyway! Please NO SMOKING (of anything) on the property. This includes vaping. We have health issues that make this a high priority for us - that there is no smoke in the house nor smoke traveling into the house from outside. Smoking is very strictly prohibited on our property. This is a great place to stay for a calm relaxing weekend! Please do not book this house if you are looking to party for the weekend. Our neighborhood is quiet and does not take noise well. We prefer guests are above 21 years of age unless they are traveling with a parent or legal guardian.
