This is a modern, private getaway home with all conceivable amenities in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains! Stay in the mountains with all the comforts of home. This property is located on paved roads, with easy access to nearby towns and is only a 2 hour drive from Atlanta, Chattanooga and Asheville and 2.5 from Greenville, SC. You will have access to the entire home. Bring your boat - there is access to a boat slip on the lake! (Additional fees apply) I will be available throughout the stay in case you have any questions or need some ideas on fun things to do in the area. Overlooking lake Chatuge (not situated directly on the lake) and the surrounding mountains, there is access to beaches, boat rentals, or bring your own boat. A slip is available (additional fees apply). Tennis courts available in Hayesville. Pickle ball courts available in Hiawassee. Three golf courses are within close proximity: Chatuge Shores, The Ridges and Brasstown Valley. Boat and jet ski rentals are available in Hiawassee. Hike nearby Appalachian Trail sections, or bring your mountain bikes and go over to the offered biking trails at Jack Rabbit. The new Harrah's Cherokee Valley Casino is about 20 miles away. Antique and other shops abound within a ten minute drive. Closest airports are in Atlanta, Chattanooga and Greenville, SC. We are located about a two hour drive from Atlanta, Chattanooga and Asheville, NC and about 2.5 hours from Greenville, SC. All bedrooms have beautiful view of surrounding mountains. With some allergies to smoking, we keep this property tobacco/vape free and do not allow pets.
