My WEST little corner apartment located close to many places of interest such as malls, hospitals, universities, town centers, beaches, museums and where you can enjoy nightlife and first-class cuisine. We are about 45 to 55 min. of the best beaches in the West area. About 13 to 18 min. of two of the most recognized casinos in our region and the River Village Pool that you can enjoy for an established cost per person. Minutes from pharmacies, supermarkets, malls, department stores, restaurants, fast foods rest., our coast and much more...Enjoy! Our space is super clean a disinfected. You do not share the space with other families or our families. This apartment if for short term rental only and only 1 reservation is made by the same period. You check-in and check-out without our intervention. We will be in touch by text message or by phone call. It is important to remark our cleaning procedure. We really care before and after the Covid19. Each time a guest is checking-out our maintenance personnel disinfects all the apartment from bedrooms, bathrooms, doors, kitchen, etc.. Free parking up to 1 car. Additional parking in front of the building for family cars $5 per car/per week and $10 for constructions or big vehicles. These additional parking is coordinated with the space of one of our neighbors, the money collected for this purpose, entirely goes to them in gratitud of let us using her space. Due to Covid 19 and instructions made by our Government, all visitors must present evidence of vaccination to enjoy our Island. We are in a typical community of our Isla del Encanto in the West part of Puerto Rico. Our space is ideal for companies that care about their employees after a hard day at work. We have additional parking for large vehicles (trucks, construction equipment, etc.) for an additional cost of $10 per vehicle / per stay / per week. This space must be arranged and paid prior your arrival. In our space we can comfortably accommodate 5 employees. We have Netflix, Disney Plus and WiFi for your benefit and relaxation. Near our space you will find supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, fast food restaurants of all kinds, department stores, hospitals among others. We are close to everything and everyone. As an Island and tropical weather we share our environment with Coquis at night and rooster in the morning among other domestic animals. They are not ours but are part of our surroundings a community. From our first visitors, the reviews received are 5 stars. Our apartment is decorated and prepared for the enjoyment of our visitors. Spacious lighted decorated and close to everywhere are definitely main features that make our apartment one of a kind. Our space has enough space to accommodate 8 people without feeling tight. These elements and because we offer an economic rate, we are special in Mayaguez. This apartment is fully equipped and furnished, it has 6 beds (1Queen-sleeps 2; 2 twin beds-sleeps 1 each bed; 1twin bunk beds-sleeps 2-sleeps 1 each bed and 1 air queen mattress-sleeps 2). The rooms of the apartment are prepared according to registered guests. The unused room is kept locked. Our prices included up to 4 visitors, 5 or more $10.00ea per night will apply. Despite this, our prices are low. It also includes sheets, covers, friezes, and pillows for every guest. The kitchen includes a sink, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, glasses and cups, cleaning products, pots and table, salt, adobo, olive oil, vegetal oil, no calories sugar and regular sugar, paper towel among others. The bathroom has a hot water shower, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, and soap. Also, for your enjoyment, we include smart TV with Roku, WiFi, a dominoes table, dominoes game, board and iron, air conditioning, smoke detector, closet, cleaning items such as broom, dustpan, bucket, mop, dish detergent. The parking number 2 is private and is located in front of our facilities. We have available one parking per apartment that accommodates one car. Our apartment is strategically located in the city of Mayaguez. Ensure the good stay of your staff and book now! All responsibility for the physical and public integrity of the use of the apartment will be at the expense of the guest who reserves. NO: Smoking inside the apartment, Parties or Activities in or out the apartment. Any violation of these rules will result in a penalty of $250.00. Pet allow with a minimum fee of $25 per stay, Only one pet is allowed. Photo and the name of your pet is required. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on the public service for the utilities of the Electric Power Authority and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority of Puerto Rico. Reservations are formalized in the recognition and understanding of this condition by the guest, so the interruption of these utilities will not limit or lead to the termination of the reservation or any type of refund. (Water tank and electrical power machine is available upon request). The FREE WIFI enabled according to the availability of the service of the supplier company. We connect with our customers by text messages or calls through our telephone number, which is shared immediately after the reservation is made.
