🏠 Comfortable Apartment near Watertown/Fort Drum

Simple elegant space that can comfortably accommodate five adults. Two bedrooms one with a king bed and the other full, and large deep couch. Each room with has a TV. This unit is in the second floor, with a parking area for two cars, washer, dryer and 70" tv in living room. We are located ten minutes away from Fort Drum and most local attractions. Please do not leave pets unattended Pet fee $30 per pet limit 2 non-refundable Our family enjoys having people over you'll find plenty of dinner ware, drinking glasses, wine glasses; as long as you take care of them you are welcome to use them. You may enjoy watching movies in our 70" TV with surround sound! Our baby Lexi is two, so expect some of the cabinets to have children locks. Bedroom TV has roku box with a private listening remote with your 3.5mm headphones. There are many places to near by such has Walmart, Olive Garden, Long Horn, Texas Road House, Red Robin, and many local spots. Air conditioner available during summer months. After each stay the apartment will be cleaned with an ozone generator to bacteria from previous stays. Call or text message is ideal for effective communication. Local attractions are Thompson Park, Old McDonald's Farm, Salmon Run Mall, Watertown Library. (All less than 10min away) Alexandria bay, trails, and many wineries During summer months you can walk to get ice cream at Frosty's. There is a new Italian bakery, they have few selections but their pastries are very tasty. (less than five min drive). For local pizza we highly recommend Papa Tino's (less than five min drive). Ymca and a park across from it for your work outs (five min drive). Maggie's and Garland City are less than 10 min drive, incase you want a drink. Driving We have NETFLIX and you can log in to any of your personal accounts too. We also have a (Hidden by Airbnb) dot in most rooms. The kitchen is filled with drinking glasses, wine glasses, wine openers, plates and basic cooking utensils.
