Small house for max. 7 people. (+ 1 baby) with pool (incl. Massage and lighting) and bbq grill. 2 bedrooms (1x suite with queen-size bed and bathroom and 1 room with 2 bunk beds and separate bathroom), fully equipped kitchen and living room with TV. House has solar power and trees (avocado, etc.) and hammocks. This is how a satisfied guest describes our house: A home on the beach with the warmth and nature of a home in the country. The house is very well organized, immaculately clean including the linen. The house is very noticeable in the photos, the pool is compatible with the size of the house, a treat for hot days and those returning from the beach (there is an outside shower for washing), there are trees on the property (we could even take several avocados back home!), the house has solar energy. The distance to the beach is approximately 2.2 km, so walking is not recommended, but it is still possible. Congratulations on the beautiful house . Wake up in the morning with the chirping of birds in our small, green oasis! Pretty little house with green space including fruit trees such as avocado, guava, azerola, cinnamon apple and graviola. There are opportunities to relax in front of the house and also in the back. Parking spaces either on the property or in front of it. W-LAN (suitable for home office) TV, outdoor shower, hammocks, air conditioning for the bedrooms (1x permanently installed and 1x mobile) are just as natural for us as absolute cleanliness and maximum security for guests (discreet electric fence) . There are no steps in the house because everything is on one level. Extended pool safety as the front area of the house is separated from the pool by a wall and gate (child safety). We value sustainability and produce solar energy on the roof! There is a 2nd tiny house on the property, equipped with 1 bedroom, bathroom and a small kitchen. So from November 2021 on we are able to host groups up to 9 persons (+ 1 Baby) in a comfortable way. So if you are groups larger than 7 people pls send us a request and we will send you an offer via Airbnb. Important: Bed linen and towels are only provided by us for stays of 3 or more nights!
