I have a three-bedroom 2 bath home. I am about 2 miles to Smith Mountain Lake you can dock your boat. 10 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. 30 minutes to peaks of otter 30 minutes to Virginia Tech. And I also have renters that rents my downstairs of my home. They have one dog and a cat stays outside It's upstairs and downstairs you will have the whole upstairs there's someone that lives in the basement It has a master suite with a king size bed. It has another bedroom with a queen size bed. It has another bedroom with full bed plenty of room for air mattresses . And it is handicap access The whole upstairs is for the guests. There is a basement that has someone living in it You have a kitchen living room, Dining room,master with a bath. One bedroom with a Queen bed. One bedroom with a Full bedRoom. With a bathroom in the hall. My phone numb (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) There is a house but it does have apartment in the basement. The house is about 2 miles to the lake Is free access to a boat dock. We're about 20 minutes to Westlake. About 5 Minutes to vinton where it has a lot of restaurants. Also has a kroger's.
