The property, which is located in the charming wine region of São Roque less than an hour from São Paulo, is surrounded by nature, being declared a World Heritage Site due to its biodiversity in 2011. WeCare Hosting hope to provide guests with an experience of comfort and integration with nature in an ideal place for events, social gatherings and meetings of friends and family. In our space we offer 15 suites fully equipped with bed linen and towels, one of them in a chalet. The property's central house has two large lounges, a fully equipped industrial kitchen and a laundry room. In our outdoor area there is a beautiful swimming pool with waterfall, wet bar, shallow area and smaller pool for children to play. We also have a barbecue and pizza oven. In addition, we provide an optional buffet and cleaning service, with the possibility of meals and daily cleaning (services that can be provided upon request of guests). The property has an internal area with space for vehicles. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property. There is no division of space with guests from other groups. The We Care Hosting team has superhosts that will be available 24 hours a day to assist guests with whatever is necessary. Local tourism in Vila Darcy Penteado, the neighborhood where the property is located, provides a variety of experiences, among which: day at the acclaimed 5-star Hotel Villa Rossa, which the guest can enjoy through a day pass; visit to Santo Antonio Chapel; and, access to the Vila da Mata Golf Course and Club. Please note that the property's reservation price may vary depending on the day to be booked and the number of guests who will enjoy the property. When booking the property, the guest assumes that they have read the rules that we make available in the property announcement, bearing full responsibility for complying with them. Upon arriving at the property, the guest may be subject to the signing of an Inspection Term and the reservation of a deposit using a card machine.
