Easy access to freeways, shopping, BART & San Francisco! This is a beautifully decorated house in a lovely courtyard setting. The interior has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, charming vintage details and all the comforts of home. The bedroom has a queen size organic mattress and the bath has a separate shower and tub. Small yard for sitting outdoors. Perfectly suited for 1-2 people for month plus stays. Well appointed kitchen with gas range, laundry, WIFI & basic cable TV. The house with washer & dryer are for your exclusive use during your stay. You will have the house to yourself while you are here. The BART station is less than a mile away from the bungalow and it is approx. a 30 minute BART ride to San Francisco. There are nearby restaurants, coffee shops and hiking trails. BART, etc. nearby for convenience. There is a small yard with access from the living room. Off street parking is available in front of the garage. This space is smaller and most suitable for a smaller vehicle. Larger cars will need to use street parking. Heat is provided by the gas fireplace in the living room with additional space heaters available in the bedroom and kitchen, if needed. An a/c unit is available for warm summer months. There is a church nearby and the house is on a busier street.
