This Condo is Spacious and Cozy. The bedroom is the size of a hotel room that comfortably fits two. Enjoy the kitchen, game room, gym, pool and jacuzzi. Conveniently close to Universal Studios, and 5 minutes from Hollywood and close to the subway. The building has guest parking as well so I will have to give you a remote because the building is secure. There is Wifi and a desk for you to work on in the room too along with at Flat Screen TV with Cable. I have a large DVD and VHS selection that you could also watch for entertainment. You're not limited to the bedroom. I have a nice size kitchen to cook from if you want to make your own meals and a nice living room space to watch TV or the game room to play Pool, Ping Pong, Pinball or Ms PacMan. I'm a native of Los Angeles so if you need any recommendations on restaurants or helping finding a location i'm pretty good at helping out and very resourceful. I'm at a great location. Very close to a lot of the Studios, 6 Flags the Amusement Park, The Metro and North Hollywood Subway, and lots of Shops and Restaurants on the Ventura Blvd Strip. I'm 5 minutes away from Hollywood and 20 minutes away from Santa Monica Beach. I'm very close to public transportation. There's the Metro around the corner and the Red Line Subway in North Hollywood a mile away. If you have a car i have guest parking in my secure building. I'm close to the Burbank Airport and if you come from LAX you get on the 405 North to the 101 South and exit on Laurel Cyn.
