The cottage is an entire magnificently restored ancestral home where groups can stay comfortably. Perched on a 200 acre land, just 30 minutes away from Old Québec in the heritage rich four-season paradise region of Côte-de-Beaupré, it offers a majestic view of the St. Lawrence River and an authentic and intimate experience of Quebec. This great six bedrooms houses has private bathrooms in each rooms. 3 rooms are equipped with two single beds and 3 with queen beds. One of the rooms is located in a suite that has a door to shut it apart from the cottage if wanted. The suite has a bathroom, a kitchenette and a living room with fireplace of its own. There is a stone fire place and wood stove in the common living rooms. The location also offers a great view over the St-Laurent river, the Île d'Orléans and the Laurentian mountains. Our greeting and passion will make you feel right at home in an instant. We look forward to welcoming you :) It's a great pick for a ski or biking trip to the Mont Saint-Anne or for a magical trip during any season. You'll be treated to a peaceful and cosy ancestral house located on a 87 hectares woodlot filled with trails for walking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, snowmobile touring, etc. You won't be bothered, that is a promise ♥ I live just 200 meters away from the cottage. If you need anything, I am available to help you. I speak English but I am not completely bilingual. Still, we can have great conversations if you're willing to accept my errors of conjugations, and other small errors ;) The ancestral home, Le Clos des Brumes, is located in Château-Richer, a small town in the historical Côte-de-Beaupré region. Just 30 minutes away from Old Québec, it is surrounded by numerous major attractions that will satisfy all guests whether they wish to discover the outdoors, our culture and history, or just to unwind and relax. If you are lucky you can maybe see deers or foxes behind the house :) The house is isolated on an 87 hectares woodlot facing the Saint-Lawrence River. The house is surrounded with trails for walking, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing or snowmobile touring. By car (or snowmobile in the winter!) is your best option. Otherwise there is a bus service that runs from and to Québec City. It is called PluMobile. You can easily find info about it on the web, or ask me directly :)
