The entire home is for Airbnb guests. All parts of the home are accessible with the exception of one linen closet. We host small outdoor events for groups 30 guests and under. A lovely rural area with beautiful hills, ponds and mature trees. It's perfect for small outdoor events like rehearsal dinners. Message us for details. Car is the best way to get around. We are only a couple of miles from Hwy 75 which will take you directly to Dallas. This is also a lovely rural area to walk and enjoy the country views. Please do not feed horses or go into the pasture. Horses are privately owned. There is one stallion that is very possessive of his herd and somewhat territorial as stallions should be. Also, there are two baby foals on the farm and the mares are very protective. Thank you. Fireworks are not allowed. They terrify the horses. They run in fright and break through fences, injure themselves and escape. Fireworks have caught the pasture on fire as well. Strictly prohibited! Please do not touch the pool equipment. If there is an issue (i.e. filter, timer, vacuum etc) please call the owner. Taking the vacuum out of the pool causes the motor to run dry and burn out. Microweddings ( approx 30 guests) and Events available. Tents, chairs, tables, lights and linen available for a lovely pastoral setting weddings. Reserving the property for an event (ie. rehearsal dinner, large birthday party) is a separate event fee not included in the Airbnb lodging.
