This beautiful multi-storied house comprises four (4) fully furnished apartments. # 1 and 3 are occupied. # 2 is a fully furnished two bedrooms, two bathroom air-conditioned apartment, complete with kitchen and dining and a small patio looking on to the western garden. If you are coming to Barbados for relaxation, Crop-Over Festival (our summer carnival), or just a regular holiday, # 1 Warrens is where you might want to stay. Barbados is a small island with a continent of things to see and do. The University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus is just a three minute drive. Sandy Lane Golf Courses and Westmoreland Golf Course, The Polo Field, Holders Season are all within a 10 - 15 minute drive from Warrens. Percival, in Apartment 1 is always available to guests and Cora can be available if necessary Warrens is a rapidly growing commercial area with restaurants, commercial banks with ATM machines, supermarkets and coffee shops. #1 Warrens is located just five minutes drive to the nearest beach and the capital City, Bridgetown. The entire building is fully equipped with electric gate, security cameras, bars and screens along with safe parking inside the compound. There are many places to visit and much to see and do in our small island. Hire a care for two days will give you enough time to get around the island and find all those places by yourself. It is easy and you cannot lose our way; but if you think you are going the wrong way, just look for the red and white bus sign which read “Bus to City”, or Bus out of City.” The wild waters of the Atlantic on the East coast is not to be missed and you can visit the “Soup Bowl at Bathsheba (home of international surfing); take some food and drink with you and have a picnic. Check if there is any horse racing on at the historic Garrison just outside Bridgetown; this always guarantees a good afternoon.
