There are 3 en-suite bedrooms with slate tiled baths and a 4th bedroom suite with a queen bed and 2 sets of bunks that is just off the family/TV room. There is a gourmet kitchen with breakfast room, large living room with fireplace. The deck is accessed from the open living room level and there is a walkout level patio. This house is beautifully furnished throughout with Adirondack decor and is able to accommodate up to 10 guests. Services available for transportation include; Uber, Lyft, Lake Placid XPRSS Free Park & Ride Trolley Service, and ADK Express which offers: Local pickup, Delivery, Airport Shuttle, and Private Charter Service. There is a ring doorbell, security camera on third floor facing mountains, security camera in laundry room facing outside and security camera in laundry room facing utility door in case of any emergencies. These cameras are only for security outside the house and for the utilities room. We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract.
