City and Mountain Adventures Await

Just a short 45 - 60 minute drive to Canmore/Banff and mountain adventures!. You’ll love my place because of the amenities access and convenient location. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Whether you are looking for a relaxing stay to enjoy the charm of Cochrane, attend an event in the city of Calgary, head to the great outdoors in Kananaskis/Banff for some mountain adventures - or a combination of all three, this location is ideal. Clean, cosy bedroom with queen sized bed and dresser storage available. You will have your own full guest bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. If you have additional people to accomodate, there is a double futon as well as a good quality queen airbed. There will be a $10/night charge for additional guests. There is a cozy family room downstairs for relaxing and watching a movie on Netflix in the evening. Guests will have full access to the bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry (He detergent only please) and bbq on the deck. If your stay is during the week (Monday - Thursday) then you will have the entire home to yourself. I may or may not be around on the weekends, but am always available by phone, text or email. I enjoy meeting and chatting with new people, so I am happy to help you out with planning your visit or pointing you in the right direction of great restaurants and places to hang out, or provide suggestions for some great outdoor adventures in the area. Within walking distance to all amenities and Cochrane's charming historic downtown. Just a couple of blocks from the beautiful Bow River pathways and off leash dog park. The extensive pathways that run throughout the town are a great way to explore by bike or on foot. Cochrane Ranche, Glenbow Ranch and Big Hill Springs parks are all within a 10 minute drive. A short drive will take you to Kananaskis Country, Canmore and Banff where you will find unlimited options for all types of outdoor adventure - hiking, mountain biking, x-country skiing, skiing/snowboarding, fishing...the possibilities are endless! Having a car is recommended. If you are heading into Calgary, it is just a short drive to the C-train station where you can park and take the train into the city. Taxi service is available. Drive time to Canmore is approximately 45 minutes - another 25 minutes to Banff town centre. Because this is a townhouse unit, please be respectful of the neighbors and noise levels before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm. Coffee, tea & condiments available. Please feel free to use space in the fridge.
