Great Paw Paw Lake Getaway - Close to Beaches!

Beautiful updated home is perfect for families with upstairs and downstairs sleeping space. Upstairs has a spacious master bedroom with 1 king bed and sofa bed and a master bath. Bedroom 2 boasts 2 twin size beds as well as bedroom 3 (2 twin beds). Downstairs has a spacious kitchen & living area with 2 futon beds. Outside a spacious patio with fire pit close by. Home is close to Jollay Orchards & Contessa Wine Cellars. Beautiful St. Joseph and Silver Beach are 20 minutes away. Guests are allowed to use the home. The garage and shed are private places. There is public access to Paw Paw Lake about three houses down. This area is not a beach. Minimum Renter Age - 25 Exceptions may be made to Airbnb guests who have previously received positive reviews. Photo ID may be required prior to check-in. Your safety matters - There are outdoor cameras only. There are no indoor cameras. BITTERSWEET SKI RESORT (45 miles away) AND TIMBER RIDGE SKI AREA (38 miles away) ARE BOTH ABOUT 50 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE HOME. TIMBER RIDGE ALSO HAS SNOW TUBING! TALL TIMBERS CHRISTMAS TREE FARM IS 6 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE HOME. The home is located across the street from Paw Paw Lake. It does not have private access to the lake. The home has well water. It is safe for every day use, but we do not recommend to drink it. Drinking water is provided.
